Real-Time Carrier Management
Our carrier vetting software goes beyond basic contact information and credential checks.
Our system provides detailed visibility into each carrier’s operational and safety profile, including:
- Electronic Logging Device (ELD) status
- Preferred lanes and operational regions

Instant Capacity


Location & Status Based RFQ
Our Marex Instant Capacity Web and Mobile App allows for onboarded drivers to swipe on “On Duty” declaring their availability and sharing their location.
On our end, the locations of “On Duty” carriers are displayed on our nationwide portal. The ability to sort not only by location, but by Trailer Type, customized “Carrier Groups”, and more allows for our dispatch team to quickly find the best candidates for a quote.

In App Quote Request Functionality
After building out a load, we can send an RFQ directly to individual drivers or customized “Carrier Groups” filtering out the “Off Duty” carriers.
Once a carrier receives an RFQ it will notify their mobile device. After viewing the load’s details, these drivers are able to quote the load directly within the mobile app.

Dispatch & Real-Time Tracking
Marex’s Transportation Management System (TMS) is designed for speed, transparency, and efficiency. From fast carrier booking to real-time tracking and streamlined documentation, our system ensures total control over every shipment from pickup to delivery.
Marex’s TMS is collaborative designed to streamline and enhance logistics operations for our customers. Unlike traditional TMS platforms, our core TMS emphasizes real-time collaboration among all parties, end-to-end visibility, and automation across the entire supply chain.

Dispatch
Members of our Marex Control Tower can instantly send carrier rate confirmations and Bills of Lading (BOLs), ensuring carriers receive accurate load details without delay. This rapid communication reduces downtime and improves service reliability.

Tracking
Every active haul is tracked through end-to-end visibility, aggregated into a live dashboard used internally by our operations team and sharable with customers. Key features include:
- Real-time updates on pickups, ETAs, and deliveries
- Immediate alerts for delays or exceptions
- Shared visibility links for customer transparency
Additionally, carriers can upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents directly into our TMS, allowing the invoicing process to begin immediately—eliminating delays and enabling faster billing cycles.

We are proud to provide direct ACH options to pay carriers on preferred terms: QuickPay, Net30 or Factoring.
Billing and Audit Automation
With document upload directly in our TMS, the billing process is able to instantly begin. This centralized system allows for data and financial reporting to be automated.
