Logistics Coordinator – Modular Container

What you’ll do

Execute over-the-road trucking operations supporting containerized freight, modular shipments, and project-based cargo. You’ll manage daily spot freight while supporting structured project moves that require disciplined coordination and proactive problem-solving. 

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic OTR trucking for containerized, modular, and project freight across lanes and regions. 
• Manage daily spot freight and support scheduled project shipments/time-sensitive deliveries. 
• Source carriers, secure capacity, negotiate rates, and confirm equipment availability. 
• Track shipments pickup-to-delivery; resolve delays, equipment issues, and scheduling conflicts. 
• Support project planning (load sequencing, scheduling, internal coordination). 
• Maintain shipment documentation and operational data in internal systems. 
• Provide visibility updates to customers/internal stakeholders. 
• Improve processes to increase speed, reliability, and performance. 

Qualifications (required)

• Experience in trucking coordination, freight brokerage, logistics operations, or transportation support. 
• Strong organization + communication; ability to manage multiple shipments. 
• Comfortable in a high-tempo, execution-driven environment. 
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Preferred

• Container, flatbed, modular, or project freight experience. 
• Familiarity with TMS platforms and freight documentation workflows. 
• Exposure to time-critical or project-based transportation operations.
